Creating Questionnaire
HOW TO CREATE A QUESTIONNAIRE TEMPLATE?
Video: Questionnaire-1To create customized Questionnaire templates, access the settings menu and navigate to Templates. Click on "Questionnaire Templates" and then click on the "plus" icon to open the questionnaire builder. Enter a name in the "Template Title" field and utilize the available elements to design your questionnaire. Preview the questionnaire to ensure its appearance aligns with your requirements. Once you are satisfied, click on "Save Questionnaire" to finalize the process.
This feature enhances the efficiency of gathering a lead's requirements, leading to improved communication and streamlined business processes.

HOW TO SEND A QUESTIONNAIRE?
Questionnaire helps the process of requesting and receiving responses from your clients.

To send the questionnaire to the desired leads, navigate to the lead's detail page and find the Questionnaire section. Within this section, click on "Add Questionnaire". From the drop-down list, select the desired questionnaire and save your choice. On the subsequent page, you will be presented with the questionnaire details, along with options to send, preview, save, or delete the questionnaire.
If you opt to send the questionnaire later, come back to the leads detail page and go to the Questionnaire section. Click on "Send Questionnaire" and a new window will appear. Fill in all the required details as prompted. Once you have completed the necessary information, simply click on the "Send Questionnaire" button. This action will trigger the system to send an email notification to your client, informing them about the new questionnaire.
By following this streamlined process, you can ensure efficient communication and gather the necessary information from your clients in a structured and organized manner.
