Creating Contact Forms
HOW TO CREATE CONTACT FORMS AND USE THEM?

SnapClub's Contact Forms feature enables you to create customized forms that can be embedded on your website or shared through a link to gather client information.
To create your own custom contact forms, navigate to the Settings section and under General click on "Contact Forms". Here, you will find a list of default contact forms that you can edit, copy hosted link, copy embed code, or delete.
To create a new contact form, click on the plus icon. Give the contact form a name and customize it by dragging and dropping elements from the left pane to the right, according to your requirements. Further configuration options are available by clicking on "config" at the top. On the left panel, you can personalize the Thank You text, set a redirect URL, and configure an auto-responder email message.
Once you have finished setting up the contact form, click on "Save and Embed." Here, you have two options. You can copy the Embed Code and paste the HTML script directly into the contact page of your website. Alternatively, you can use SnapClub hosted contact form by simply sharing the URL with your client. To manage your contact forms, click "Back To Settings" to return to the list of contact forms.
